| When should I place my reservations for the Ambiance Trio? Please contact us as soon as the details of your event have been settled. Once that information is received, the Trio will confirm that the requested date and time are available and begin working on your request. |

| What is required to reserve a date? The Ambiance Trio requires a contract and a deposit in order to reserve your date. Once the date of your event is finalized, please contact us with the details. At that time, a contract will be forwarded to you with the details of your event, and a deposit to hold the date requested will be required. |

| Will there be travel expenses charged for my event? No travel expenses are applied to events located in the greater Dayton area. If your event lies outside that area, please contact us and we will discuss what travel expenses, if any, may apply to your request. |

| What is the attire of the Trio? The Ambiance Trio generally performs wearing all black, white/black, or tuxedo-look attire. However, if there is a particular look you desire (casual, Renaissance) please contact us and we will work with you to create the ambiance desired for your event. |
